A true community coffee roaster, La Cosecha Coffee Roasters and Snapchill™ Coffee is a collaboration for the discerning coffee conoisseur. Founders Jamie Jeschke and Gio Sparks started home roasting using a hot air popcorn machine and after lots of practice, some formal roasting training and a burning passion for community, La Cosecha Coffee Roasters has evolved into a coffee bar and roastery in Maplewood, MO.

It was a natural step for La Cosecha Coffee Roasters to collaborate with Snapchill™ Coffee to produce the PAPUA NEW GUINEA TIMUZA with hints of brown sugar, toasted pecan and apricot. This is a darker roast and Snapchill™ Coffee was able to capture the full flavor and taste using our patented technology to lock in the wholesome flavor of La Cosecha Coffee Roasters.
